Barbara Jean McFarland, 78, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Monday, February 24, 2025 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY. She was born on March 23, 1946 in Cincinnati, Ohio, a daughter of the late Edith Bradshaw Coffey and R.V. Coffey.
Barbara was a former clerk at Jamestown Marina and of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David McFarland.
