Ruth Cook, 97, of Jamestown, KY passed away Thursday, March 13th, at Fair Oaks Health Systems. She was born in Jamestown, KY on May 1, 1927, a daughter of the late Effie (Elmore) and Marvin Mann.
Ruth was a member of Mt. Hope Separate Baptist Church.

1 daughter: Kathleen Jackson (Jim) of Jamestown, KY
2 granddaughters: Vicki Coffey and Delania Hogue
2 great-grandchildren: Nathaniel and Megan Coffey
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, John Earl Cook; three sisters: Amy Hadley, Irene Helm, and Barbara Fields; and three brothers: Bobby, Cordell, and Charles Mann.
