Ricky Lynn Keltner, 56, of Columbia, KY passed away Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY. He was born in Columbia, KY on June 27, 1968 to the late Johnny Wayne Keltner and Violet Coffey Keltner of Columbia, KY (who survives).
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Judith Elaine Keltner.

Rick was a member of the Milltown Church and enjoyed music. He was an avid Cincinnati Reds, University of Kentucky, and Dallas Cowboys fan.
