Coy R. Harris, 66, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Friday, March 21, 2025 at his residence. He was born on December 28, 1958 in Jamestown, KY, a son of the late Suell Walker Harris and Dorothy Mae Helm Harris
Coy was a former Russell County Deputy Sheriff, Russell Springs Police Officer, EMT and Paramedic with Russell County EMS, massage therapist, and Kentucky EMS for Children (KYEMSC) Program Coordinator for Kentucky. He was of the Baptist faith.

3 brothers: William "Wid" Harris of Columbia, KY, Royce Harris (& wife Kaye) of Jamestown, KY and his twin brother Troy Harris (& wife Dianne) of Russell Springs, KY
6 grandchildren & 3 great-grandchildren
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Mitchell Dean Harris.
