Troy Scott Stephens, 61, of Jamestown, KY passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2025 in Jamestown. He was born on February 7, 1964 in Somerset, KY, a son of the late Ruth Oaks Stephens and Milburn "Pete" Stephens.
Troy was a Veteran of the U.S. Army and a former land surveyor.

1 step-daughter: Susan Marie Chiong of California
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers: Greg and Clint Stephens.
