Carolyn Neal, 69, of Jamestown, KY passed away Friday, May 23, 2025 at Summit Manor Nursing Home in Columbia, KY. She was born in Jamestown on September 14, 1955, a daughter of the late Rosetta (Siler) and Ezra Neal.
