Claudette Harris, 91, of Columbia, KY passed away Saturday, May 31, 2025 at Summit Manor Nursing Home. She was born on March 7, 1934 in Adair County to the late Samuel and Dencie Morrison Royse.

Mrs. Harris was a member of the Trinity Church and very devote Christian. She enjoyed flower gardening, cooking and spending time with her family and friends, especially her husband Darrell and her cat “Tom Cat”.

1 stepson: Phil Harris (Leslie) of Louisville, KY

2 grandchildren: Christopher Lee Harris (Amanda) and Rachael Elizabeth Schuler (Jake) both of Louisville, KY

3 great-grandchildren: Wade Harris, Archer Harris, and Lorelei Schuler

2 special friends: Tommy Bryant and Barbara Bryant Shepherd

Funeral service: Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at 11:00amCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Pescosolido officiating

Burial: Antioch Cemetery

Visitation: Monday, June 2, 2025 from 4:00-8:00pmCT and Tuesday morning until time for the service at the funeral home 

Pallbearers: Tommy Bryant, Richard Phelps, Chris Janes, Joe Lynn Barbee, Don Bault, John Ballou, and Danny Propes
