Nan B. Fudge, 84, of Columbia, KY

 

Nan B. Fudge, 84, of Columbia, KY passed away Saturday, June 7, 2025 at her residence. She was born in Oneida, KY on September 28, 1940 and grew up in Mistletoe, KY, one of thirteen children to the late Dewey and Flarence Couch.

 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by twelve siblings.

 

Mrs. Fudge was a member of her childhood church and more recently attended Shiloh Christian Church. She was a member of the Argo-Summit Eastern Star and was formerly active for over 20 years with the Adair County Food Pantry. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and gathering with her family and friends.

 

SURVIVORS:

1 daughter: Michelle Fruth of Glensfork, KY

2 grandchildren:Austin and Aspen Fruth both of Glensfork, KY

Sister-in-law: Joann Trumpis of Columbia

Several nieces, nephews, friends, & other relatives

 

Funeral Service: Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 10:00amCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in Columbia, KY with Rev. Douglas Hawkins and Bro. Randy Young officiating

 

Burial: Chestnut Grove Cemetery

 

Visitation: Tuesday from 4:00-8:00pmCT and Wednesday morning until time for the service

Pallbearers: Austin Fruth, Levis Keltner, Larry White, Anthony Koenig, Wayne Toney, and Mark Klingberg

 

Honorary pallbearer: Glen Burton

 

Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
