William Phillip Streeval, 69, of Columbia, KY passed away Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at T.J. Health Columbia. He was born on October 4, 1955 to the late Charles McKinley Streeval, Sr., and Doris Jane Harmon Streeval of Franklin, IN (who survives).
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Judy Mae Streeval.
Mr. Streeval was a veteran of the U.S. Army and enjoyed watching Nascar, rose gardening, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.

3 siblings: Charles Streeval, Jr, Lisa Jane Streeval, and Adam Wayne Streeval all of Indiana
Several nieces & nephews including a special niece, Rebecca Studer
