Sandra Faye Land, 82, of Greensburg, KY passed away Sunday, July 6, 2025 at her residence. She was born on April 3, 1943 in Louisville, KY to the late Cecil Elzy and Jennie Ella Baker Lowery.
Sandra married Robert Harold Land on June 2, 1962 and they resided in Louisville, KY. She was a bookkeeper for Atlas Concrete Construction Company. After retirement, they moved to Greensburg, KY in 2002. Mrs. Land was a member of Trinity Church and she enjoyed sewing, being a homemaker for her family and the community, and spending time with family and friends.

2 children: Bobbi Cheryl Land McCarroll (Timothy E.) of Edmonton, KY and Jeffrey Michael Land (Lynn B.) of Louisville, KY
4 grandchildren: Casey McCarroll and Tanner McCarroll both of Memphis, TN; Thomas Land (Julie) and Jacob Land both of Cincinnati, OH
2 siblings: Debbie Lemons (Charles) of Columbia, KY and Sam Lowery (Roberta) of Louisville, KY

Honorary grandson: Chase Abeln (Leah)
Several nieces, nephews, friends, & other relatives
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two siblings: Boyce Lowery (& wife Anna), and Trudy Crabb (& husband Mike); and by an honorary son, Jeff Abeln.
