Norman Ray Hurt, 85, of Louisville, KY passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at Baptist Health in Louisville. He was born December 12, 1939 in Cook County, Illinois to the late Paul and Evelyn Janes Hurt.
Norman spent most of his childhood in Adair County. He was Chemical Operator at Zeon Chemicals until his retirement and was a veteran having served in the United States Army.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Donald Hurt.

One daughter: Jessica McClure (Keith)
Grandchildren: Isabelle Hurt, Scarlett Hurt, Henry Hurt, and Kaylee McClure
Step-grandchildren: Jaxon Elwell and Kit Elwell

Burial: Mt. Carmel Cemetery
