Mable D. Ousley, 84, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Thursday, July 17, 2025 at her home. She was born in Pennington Gap, VA on February 22, 1941, a daughter of the late Mattie (Nelms) and Jessee James Cowan.
Mable was a homemaker.

1 daughter: Delilah Swinford of Anderson, IN
1 son: John McPherson of Columbia, KY
2 brothers: Dave Cowan of Tipton, IN and Richard Cowan of CA
4 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren (& 2 on the way)
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her first husband, John McPherson, her second husband, Robert Ousley, 1 grandson, and 10 siblings.
