Betty Lou Smith, 84, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Monday, August 18, 2025 at the Russell County Hospital. She was born in Russell Springs, KY on September 29, 1940, a daughter of the late Nannie (Foley) and Melvin Morris Ragle.
Betty attended Fairview Baptist Church and was a homemaker.

2 sons: Greg Smith (Robin) of Russell Springs, KY and Trent Smith (Mitza) of Jamestown, KY
2 grandchildren: Travis (Allison) Smith, Skylar (Cameron) Bray
4 great-grandchildren: Everly and Stella Smith, and Xavier and Vincent Bray
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Smith and two brothers: Jerry and Johnny Ragle.
