Charles J. Blankenship, 77, of Russell Springs, KY passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY. He was born on July 23, 1948 in Somerset, KY to the late Herald Roe and Mallie Jane Stephens Blankenship.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by two brothers: Brent Blankenship and Brandon Blankenship; and a sister, Sandra Kay Foley.
