Gerald (Jay) W. Collins, 68, of Mount Sterling, KY passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at the Windsor Care Center in Mt. Sterling. He was born in Evansville, IN on January 18, 1957, a son of the late Margaret (Halsell) and Aaron Collins.

2 sisters: Carol Lawless (Eric) and Melissa McIntosh (Randy)
3 brothers: Roger Collins (Rhonda), Ronnie Collins (Laura), and Randy Collins (Melissa)

5 grandchildren: Josian, Braeleigh, Laila & Addie Collins, and John Parker Miller
Several nieces, nephews, other family & friends
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Kathy Collins.
