Consuelo Aguirre Cruz, 78, of Columbia, KY passed away Saturday, September 20, 2025 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born in Huetamo Michoacan De Ocampo, Mexico to the late Paulino Aguirre and Amada Cruz.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Adrian Morales and four children: Amada Morales, Nicanor Martinez, Florencio Garcia, and Victor Morales.
Mrs. Cruz was a member of the Apostoles y Profectas Efecios 2:20 Church and enjoyed serving her savior Jesus Christ. She also enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
SURVIVORS:
8 children: Demetrio Martinez, Rene Martinez, Valentino Aguirre, Ana Badillo, Jorge Garcia, Austreberto Garcia, Jose Guadalupe Garcia, and Julio Garcia
37 grandchildren & several great grandchildren
5 siblings: Enriqueta Aguirre, Reyna Aguirre, Ofelia Aguirre, Maria Aguirre, and Bartolo Aguirre
Several nieces, nephews, friends, & other relatives
Funeral Service: Sunday, September 28, 2025 at 7:30amCT at the Apostoles y Profectas Efecios 2:20 Church
Burial: Columbia Cemetery
Visitation: After 2:00pmCT on Saturday at the church
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
