Judith O. Russ, 84, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Friday, October 3, 2025 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY. She was born on July 31, 1941 in Columbia, KY, a daughter of the late Larry Ray Barger and Inas Winfred "Winnie" Foley Barger.
She was a homemaker and member of Poplar Grove Baptist Church.

2 daughters: Melissa Hall and Nancy Wheat (Gary), both of Russell Springs, KY
2 brothers: Ores Barger (Ronella) and Michael Barger (Adell), both of Russell Springs, KY
2 grandsons: Shawn Russ and Jarrod Wheat
3 great-grandchildren: Brayden and Hazel Russ and Emmalyn Wheat
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Albert Russ.
