Owen Henry Thomas, 91, of Russell Springs, KY passed away on Monday, October 13, 2025 at Fair Oaks Health and Rehabilitation in Jamestown. He was born on June 23, 1934 in Russell County, a son of the late Claude Ellis and Mary Ocie Gaskin Thomas.
Owen was a member of the Church of Christ and was a gospel minister for over 60 years.

3 children: Carthel Thomas of Russell Springs, Kenneth Thomas of North Carolina, and Sunny DeBaun of Ohio
Several grandchildren
In addition to his parents, Owen was preceded in death by his wife, Glenodine Holt Thomas, who passed away on April 3, 2020; his brothers: C.L. Thomas, Earl Thomas, and Ronnie Thomas; and his sisters: Joyce Bunch and Fay Wade.
Visitation: Thursday, October 16, 2025 from 12:30-1:00 P.M. at Wilkerson Cemetery
There will be no funeral service.
