Darrell Edward Harris, 87, of Columbia, KY passed away Thursday, October 23, 2025 at his residence. He was born on May 16, 1938 in Ohio County, KY to the late Edward and Ola Neighbors Harris.
He was also preceded in death by his wife, Claudette Kathleen Royse Harris and a sister, Juanita Koehler.
Mr. Harris was a member of Trinity Church and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He enjoyed fishing, farming woodworking and joining the Burger King breakfast group every morning.

2 grandchildren: Christopher Lee Harris (Amanda) and Rachael Elizabeth Schuler (Jake) both of Louisville, KY
3 great-grandchildren: Wade Harris, Archer Harris, and Lorelai Schuler
1 brother: Larry Harris (Vicki) of Alabama

Burial: Antioch Cemetery
Visitation: Sunday from 4:00-8:00pmCT and Monday until time for the service at the funeral home
Pallbearers: Tommy Bryant, Richard Phelps, Chris Janes, Joe Lynn Barbee, Don Bault, John Balloe, and Danny Propes
