Anthony "J.T." Baker, 21, of Columbia, KY formerly of Burkesville, KY passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center in Lexington, KY. He was born on December 8, 2003 in Barren County, KY to Mark Baker and the late Lottie Young Baker.
J.T. was a 2023 graduate of Cumberland County High School.
