Mary Fay Dry Smith, 51, of Columbia, KY died Thursday, November 20, 2025 at her home after an illness. She was born August 10, 1974 in Adair County, a daughter of the late Thearlo Dry and Conny Christy Dry of Columbia (who survives).
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Ralph Shelton.
Mary Fay was a member of Eunice Church of God and a Training Manager for Dollar General.

Cremation has been chosen by the family.
