David Kimbler, 82, of Jamestown, KY passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, November 28, 2025. He was born on March 19, 1943 in Russell Springs, a son of the late William Byron and Bonnie “Sunshine” Selby Kimbler.
David was formerly a Vice-President of Operations for General Mills, working for the company for over 20 years. He enjoyed golfing and hunting wild game across the United States and Canada. David was a member of Russell Springs First Baptist Church.

1 daughter: Sherri (and David) Towery of Newnan, Georgia
1 son: Patrick (and Leia) Kimbler of Bowling Green
4 grandchildren: David Parker Towery, William Hudson Towery, Avery Marie Kimbler, and Andrew Patrick Kimbler
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Sharmel Gray and a brother, Gary Lee Kimbler.
