Audie Rich, 102, of Bowling Green, KY died Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at Massey Springs in Bowling Green. He was born March 3, 1923 in Adair County, to the late O.L. and Martha Ether Sapp Rich. 
 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Celestine Ellis Rich on March 25, 2014 and the following siblings: Pina Lee Pyles, Jewell Dick, Hilda Davidson, Nadine Giles, Evelyn Bolt, Zella B. Cundiff, Herbert Rich, Dennis Rich and James Rich.

Mr. Rich was a U.S. Army Veteran, serving in World War II and a retired businessman, operating Cambridge Tile Company in Cincinnati, Ohio for many years. He was recognized as Veteran of the Year in 2024 by the V.F.W. in Bowling Green.

1 son: Vic Rich (Terry) of Mason, Ohio

1 daughter: Rhonda Strautman (Ken) of Bowling Green

2 brothers: Stanley Rich and Malcolm Rich both of Columbia

1 sister: Radine Rich of Columbia

4 grandchildren: Michael Strautman, B.J. Strautman, Karla Webb and Jenna Leach

9 great-grandchildren & 1 great-great grandchild

Funeral service: Saturday, December 27, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Coloros officiating

Burial: Barnett’s Creek Cemetery with full military honors presented by Casey County Veterans Honor Guard

Visitation: After 10:00 A.M. Saturday

Grissom-Martin Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
