Anna Ruth Barnett, 80, of LaGrange, KY passed away Thursday, December 25, 2025 at The Springs at Oldham Reserve in LaGrange. She was born on June 5, 1945 in Adair County to the late John Marion and Linnie Hardwick Grant.

She was also preceded in death by a brother, Donald Grant.

Mrs. Barnett was a member of the Pee Wee Valley Seventh Day Adventist Church and enjoyed cooking, gardening, sewing and spending time with her family and friends.

2 children: Sherry Neuner (Chris) and Jimmy Barnett both of LaGrange, KY

5 grandchildren: Austin Neuner (Stephanie), Jacob Barnett (Katie), Jessica Thompson (Kris), Jillian Madrigal (Jordan) and Ashley Hayden (Branden)

1 brother: Roger Grant (Marsha) of Campbellsville, KY
