Carolyn J. Collins, 63, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at her home. She was born in Jamestown, KY on February 15, 1962, a daughter of the late Mary (Conover) and Luther Ashbrook.
Carolyn had worked as a head start teacher.

Burial: Collins-Warriner Cemetery
