James Ephriam Flanagan, 88, of Jamestown, KY passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at Fair Oaks Nursing Home. He was born January 9, 1938 in Jamestown, a son of the late Susie Kinnett Flanagan and Ottis Flanagan.
Mr. Flanagan was a retired welder for Lawless Welding Shop and a member of Bernard Ridge Church of God.
