Sandra Kay Yates, 67, of Columbia, KY passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY. She was born in Albany, KY on February 16, 1958 to the late Kenneth and Dora Viola Higginbotham Bunch.
Sandra was of the Pentecostal faith, and she enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family and friends.

9 grandchildren & 5 great-grandchildren
2 brothers: Mitchell Bunch (Deanna) of Whitley City, KY and Eugene Bunch (Judy) of Columbia, KY

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five siblings: Shirley Grant, Shelby Smith, Sue Antle, Danny Bunch and Phillip Wayne Bunch.
