Faye Holt Smith, 92, of the Mt. Carmel/Coburg community of Adair County, KY died Saturday, February 28, 2026 at Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville. She was born on January 29, 1934 in Taylor County, KY to the late Marvin Luther and Anna Mae Perkins Holt.

Faye was a member of Mt. Carmel Church and retired from Fruit of the Loom.

1 daughter: Sherrie Jo Smith of Columbia

1 son: Micheal Lynn Smith (Debbie) of Columbia

2 grandsons: Kenneth Lynn Smith (Tiffany) and Shawn Smith (Diane), both of Columbia
