Hollin Smith, 87, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at Fair Oaks Health and Rehabilitation in Jamestown, KY. He was born in Russell Springs on January 30, 1939, a son of the late Ollie (Holt) and Lloyd Smith.
Hollin retired from Fruit of the Loom and farmed. He was of the Christian faith, loved working in his garden, mowing his yard and doing anything outside. Hollin loved UK basketball and was a big fan.

1 daughter: Sheila Smith Huff (Rex) of Morristown, TN
His beloved grandson: Cole Cooper (Mariah)
2 special nieces: Joan Gaskin and Jane Grider
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Shelby Jean (Bunch) Smith; two sisters: Helen Miller and Hulda Bradshaw; and a brother, Harold Smith.

Visitation: After 1:00pmCT on Saturday at the funeral home
Burial: Russell Springs City Cemetery
