Shelia Walters, 82, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Sunday, March 8, 2026 at Fair Oaks Health Systems in Jamestown, KY. She was born in Russell Springs on November 23, 1943, a daughter of the late Marie (Stephens) and Ed West.
Shelia was a retired teacher's aide.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by six sisters: Mary Rose West, Lora Harvey, Dorothy Bernard, Ann Wheat, Lola Rexroat, Zeona Shephard and by five brothers: Getha West, William West, Arlo West, Phillip West and Londo West.
