Clinton Smith, 73, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital Emergency Room. He was born on October 8, 1952 in Somerset, KY, a son of the late Adelyne Ashbrooks Smith and Burval G. Smith.
He was a loving son, brother, father, grandfather and uncle. Clinton worked as a Superintendent at the Kentucky State Highway Department where he retired after over 30 years of service. He enjoyed farming and was an incredibly hard worker.

2 daughters: Dr. Lindsey Murray (Joey) of Jamestown, KY and Lacey Smith of Dunnville, KY
1 son: Logan Smith of Dunnville, KY.
1 brother: Michael Smith, of Cincinnati, OH
4 grandchildren: Evelyn Claire Wilson, Easton Riggs Wilson, Cyrus Bond and Ruach Yocum
Special niece: Melinda Stephens
Brother-in-law: Jimmie George
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings: Brenda Wilson and Carleen George.
