Henry Stephenson Smith, DMD, 73, of Jamestown, KY passed away Monday, March 30, 2026 in Sevierville, TN. He was born in Somerset, KY on June 5, 1952, a son of the late Mary Nell (Stephenson) and Hugh R. Smith.
Henry was a dentist.

4 brothers: Joel R. Smith (Alycia) of Russell Springs, KY, Jeffery Smith (Karen) of TN, Christopher Smith of Russell Springs, KY and Kendall K. Smith (Kara) of Columbus, OH
significant other: Linda Collins of Dandridge, TN
2 grandchildren Madeline Jane and Lincoln Michael Lowery as well as a several nieces, nephews, and other family.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Jane P. Smith and son, Christopher Bicknell.
