Kylie Jo Wilburn, 15, of Jamestown, KY passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at her home. She was born in Lexington, KY on August 20, 2010, a daughter of Adam Wilburn and the late Misti Kemp.

In addition to her mother, she was also preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Billy Kemp.
