Barbara Powell, 68, of Jamestown, KY passed away Sunday, July 5, 2026 at T.J. Health Columbia. She was born on July 27, 1957, a daughter of the late James Woodrow and Mae Grant Hadley.
Barbara was a retail clerk at Aaron's Country Store and a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donnie Powell.
