Lisa Lynn Moss, 62, of Columbia, KY, passed away peacefully at her residence on Wednesday, July 22, 2026. She was born on December 2, 1963 in Columbia, KY to the late Hayes Reliford, Jr. and Nannie Loy Reliford.
Throughout her years, Lisa was known for her warmth and kindness, values she carried into every aspect of her life. She had a love for gardening and Lisa’s adventurous spirit drew her to travel, exploring new places and creating treasured memories along the way. She especially found comfort and happiness at the beach, where the gentle sound of waves and the sunlit shore brought her peace.
Lisa’s love for her family and friends was steadfast and unwavering. She found her greatest pleasure in their company, cherishing the time spent together. Her presence brought laughter, support, and a sense of belonging to all who knew her. To those fortunate enough to share in her journey, Lisa was a devoted sister, a loyal friend, and a loving companion.

Graveside service: 1:30pm on Saturday, July 25, 2026 at Haven Hill Cemetery
Visitation: Saturday from 10:00am-1:00pm at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home
