Teresa Faye Jackson, 64, of Columbia, KY passed away on Thursday, September 3, 2026 at her residence. She was born on July 17, 1962 in Louisville, Ky to Doris Jean Milburn Montgomery of Columbia, KY (who survives) and the late Fred Lawrence Lee, Sr.
Teresa will be remembered as a woman who found joy in life’s simple and meaningful pleasures. She enjoyed painting, gardening, and yard work, and she especially treasured spending time with her family and friends. Her faith was also an important part of her life, and she was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Louisville, KY.

2 children: Brooke Jackson and Michael Jackson (Mandy)
3 grandchildren: Lorielle Jackson Hall, Andrea Ralph, and Carson Smith
3 siblings: Fred Lee (Brenda), Larry Lee (Jo), and Pam Lee (Gary Marvel)
Several special nieces & nephews
In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by her husband, John Michael “Doc” Jackson and one sister, Karen Bishop.
