Betty Ruth Evans Smith, 92, of Summersville, KY passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at the Green River Trails Nursing and Rehab Center in Greensburg, KY.

3 daughters & 2 sons-in-law: Irene & Buck Henderson of Summersville, Margaret & C.W. Carter of Greensburg, and Dorothy “Dot” Hatcher of Summersville

2 sisters & 1 brother: Elsie Burba of Hodgenville, Linda Skaggs of Buffalo, and Herman Evans of Mt. Sherman

9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren & 1 great-great-grandchild

Burial: Wilson Cemetery
