Karen Lynn Tarter, 75, of Windsor, KY passed away Sunday, September 20, 2026 at her residence. She was born October 16, 1950 in Somerset, the daughter of the late Vertis and Ruby Childress Tarter.
Karen enjoyed reading, especially the newspapers, but especially loved to pass the time on her swing in the front yard. She was a longtime member of Cedar Springs Baptist Church.
