Shelia R. Ball, 67, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Friday, September 25, 2026 at the Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, KY. She was born in Albany, KY on November 17, 1958, a daughter of the late Emma (Bell) and Johnny Appleby.
SURVIVORS:
2 daughters: Emily Grimsley and Tasha Morales
3 sisters: Jay Brumley, Patty Appleby, and Patsy McGowan
2 brothers: Kenny Appleby and Wendell Appleby
10 grandchildren & 2 great-grandchildren
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Benny Ball; four sisters: Judy Mills, Betty Chaney, Brenda Woolum, and Wilma Appleby; and two brothers: Jimmy and Keith Appleby.

The family requests donations to help with final expenses and can be made at the funeral home.
