Frederick Earl (Billy) Riley, Sr., 83, of Jamestown, KY passed away Friday, October 2, 2026 at his residence. He was born in Jackson, Mississippi on August 7, 1943, a son of the late Bertha (Smith) and James Riley.
He was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Billy served in the U.S. Army, was a retired senior sales rep. at 3M, and president of the Lily Creek HOA.

3 sons: Frederick E. Riley and Timothy Riley of Kentucky; and Eric Riley of Michigan
4 sisters: Jackolyn Cox and Linda Ringer of Ohio; Janette Elsberry of Michigan; and Kimberly Riley of North Carolina
6 brothers: Kenneth Riley, Gerald Riley, Craig Riley, Christopher Riley, and Jeffery Riley of Ohio; and Steven Riley of Illinios
10 grandchildren & 9 great-grandchildren
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by five brothers: Charles, Gerald, Kevin,Courtney and Russell Riley.
Mass of Christian Burial: Friday, October 9, 2026 at 11:00amCT at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Jamestown, KY
Burial: Mill Springs National Cemetery at Nancy, KY with full military honors by the Russell County Honor Squad
Visitation: Beginning at 10:00amCT on Friday at Holy Spirit Catholic Church
The family request memorial donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland and can be made at the church.
