Ray Hutchison, 87, of Gamaliel, KY died Friday, October 16, 2026 at his home. He was born September 24, 1939 in Adair County, to the late Raymond and Anna Pendleton Hutchison.
Ray served as Adair County Attorney for 30 years and after retirement, he has served as Assistant County Attorney and a partner in the Hutchison & Hutchison Law Firm. He was of the Methodist faith and a member of Columbia Lodge #96.

6 grandchildren: Brian Montgomery, Benjamin Ray Hancock, Michael Hutchison Hancock, Matthew Stevenson Hancock, Jackson Edward Corbin and Reese Hutchison Corbin
2 sisters: Louella Gore of Russell Springs and Prudence Westholm (Robert) of Elizabethtown
Brother-in-law & sisters-in-law: Richard Turner (Brenda) of Tompkinsville, Cecile Boyles, Carol Johnson (Glenn), and Barbara Turner all of Gamaliel

Funeral Service: Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at Bartley & Sons Funeral Home in Gamaliel with Bro. Rondal Turner officiating
Visitation: After 7:00 A.M. on Tuesday at Bartley & Sons Funeral Home
